Usage/maintenance instructions

Use only the recommended heat sources; Use gloves or other protection to ensure safe handling; The diameter of the heat source should be smaller or equal to the bottom of the piece for greater energy efficiency. When cooking on a gas stove, the flame should touch only the bottom of the piece and not its walls; Use medium heat for a few minutes, then reduce to minimum because the thermal bottom retains the heat, distributing it evenly. Remove the piece from the heat source a few minutes before the end of the cooking process, which will be completed with the heat stored on the bottom; In induction heating reaches extremely high temperatures in a few seconds. The heating of oil for frying requires greater caution and vigilance. Heat the piece gradually; We recommend that you follow all the instructions that come with our dishes.
Wash by hand with detergent and hot water or in the dishwasher. To remove stubborn stains, use a stainless steel pad and rub horizontally on the stainless steel surfaces. Do not use abrasive sponges/pads on the non-stick coating.
