Inspired by old Poças essences and records from the 1930s and 1940s, Soberbo Vermouth is based on white port wine and infusions of 18 botanicals carefully selected and harvested on our estates in the Douro, resulting in a perfect and original balance between sweetness and bitterness // Serving suggestion: Ideal as an aperitif, it can be served chilled with a stone of ice and orange peel or as a cocktail, with tonic water or gin. Goes particularly well with a green salad with tomatoes, fresh cheese and capers.
